Maple Clinic Policy
Scheduling Appointments
We encourage our patients to schedule appointments in advance rather than relying on walk-in services outside of our group. We strive to accommodate your preferred date and time during the week to the best of our ability.
We also offer same-day appointments for urgent concerns. To help us better serve patients in need, please call early to secure a same-day spot. If your inquiry is non-urgent, we kindly ask that you avoid calling during our busiest morning hours, so we can prioritize and triage urgent matters effectively.

Virtual Appointments
Please note that only certain concerns are suitable for virtual appointments. The doctor reserves the right to convert your virtual appointment to an in-person visit if it is deemed medically necessary
Telephone Appointments
Dr. Pelipyagina does not have a dedicated call time during the day. As such, she may call you at any point , depending on her availability
Dr. Chavez Johnston will have time slots in her schedule.
After-Hours coverage
After-hour appointments are reserved for urgent medical needs. Please use this service responsibly to ensure that critical medical issues are addressed promptly.

Punctuality
We value your time and strive to maintain punctuality in our appointments. Our standard appointment duration is 15 minutes. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be marked as a “no-show”. Arriving on time ensures we can adequately prepare for your visit. Please note that policies may vary depending on your physician.

No-Show Policy
To ensure efficient use of our resources, a no-show fee will be charged. The fee is $35 for a 15-minutes appointment and $60 for a 30-minutes appointment. These policies do not apply to phone appointments. Please notify us of any appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.
Three Consecutive No-Shows
Patients who accumulate three consecutive no-shows may be dismissed from our practice. This policy helps maintain appointment availability for other patients.
Respectful Conduct

We have zero-tolerance policy for aggression , violence, hateful language, or threatening behavior from patients or accompanying individuals. Such behavior, whether in person, via email, or over the phone, will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the practice.
